Yes, I'm still here!

Hello, you ✨

Long time no see! I haven’t had much time to write lately, life's been busy with things like preparing our garden for winter, taking care of my elderly cat, spending a week away on a company retreat… and the list goes on! Not to mention, I've also been pouring a lot of time into my little business, coming up with new ideas and products. Never a dull moment 😁

Business update

I started my business back in January 2024, mostly as a hobby, but I'm still secretly (well, not so secretly 😅) hoping it can become my full-time job one day 🤞🏻
And guess what? This September turned out to be my best month so far, revenue wise! Most of my sales came from the Kpop Demon Hunters stickers, but still, I had the highest number of visits and orders ever, which makes me super happy! Here are some boring-ish charts of my total progress since I started doing this:

“Growth isn’t linear,” as they say, and it's so true! I've definitely had some slower months too, and I can already tell October isn't doing nearly as well as the last couple. There's still a lot to figure out, but I'm not giving up. I know I'm on the right track! 💪🏻

What comes next?

I've been working on my calendar, but honestly… it didn't start off too well. My first idea was to show the life of a little fox through the months, I had great scene ideas, but I just wasn't feeling it. I got bored and didn't feel that spark while drawing. Then I realized maybe the character itself just wasn't as exciting as I hoped. So I switched things up, and now it's about a witchy cat! 🐾 I've already finished two months' illustrations in just two days, so there's hope I might actually release the calendar this year. Please root for me! 🙏🏻

I also sketched some Christmas items, ornaments maybe but nothing to show yet. Probably I won't be having new items for the holidays, we will see!
