Hello, Autumn! 🍂

Last Friday (September 12) I finally released my autumn and Halloween collection! My desk was a chaos of paper scraps and spooky sketches leading up to it, but it was worth the mess. The update turned out to be bigger than I first planned: stickers, bookmarks, badges, and even something completely new for me: keychains! 👻

On top of all that, I finally gave in and started working on my calendar! I kept going back and forth, is it too late, should I even do it this year?, but yesterday I decided to stop overthinking and just start sketching. ✨

This time I want it to feel more consistent, like a little story unfolding through the year. So for 2026, you’ll get to follow the life of a tiny fox month by month 🦊✨

I found a really good paper for it: bright colours, smooth surface, and it work with a pen, pencil, or marker. So you can actually use it to jot down your important dates without worrying about smudges! 💜

Behind the scenes, I’m always tinkering with new materials and ideas. Lately I’ve been battling with shrink plastic (cute results, but wow, they are tricky to work with!). I also treated myself to some tattoo paper 👀 and my sketchbook is filling up with many, MANY ideas for future products. If only I had a few extra hours in the day… but my 9to5 takes a good chunk of my creative energy too. 😅 I’m a product designer btw, on a pretty though domain, but I don’t want to bore your with the details.

Speaking of work, I’ll actually be away for almost a week on a company retreat. Fingers crossed I can sneak in some sketching time at the hotel 🤞🏻 We’ll be staying at Lake Balaton here in Hungary, it’s always beautiful in summer, and I’m really curious to see how it feels in autumn. Hopefully it’ll be just as magical and give me lots and lots of inspiration! 🍂✨
